ANTONIO P. MANAHAN, JR. is the Founding and Managing Partner of the firm.He graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 1993. He completed his undergraduate work at the Ateneo de Manila University, majoring in Legal Management. Before he became an attorney, he was an entrepreneur and a consultant. Upon becoming a member of the Philippine Bar he worked as an external counsel for special projects for several top law firms. From the year 2007 to the year 2010 while maintaining an independent legal practice he worked as a Vice-President for Merchant Banking for Philippine Commercial Capital, Inc. - one of the longest tenured investment houses in the Philippines. He was a director of Chemoil Energy Philippines, Inc. along with all of its Philippine affiliates. He left Philippine Commercial Capital, Inc. in order to expand his law practice.Mr. Manahan specializes in estates, acquisitions, government contracts, regulatory compliance for Energy companies, Intellectual Property law, Art Law, Tax planning, corporate structuring, securities law, insolvency, rehabilitation, information technology law, real property law, agrarian reform conversion and exemption compliance, complex litigation, appellate practice, and any legal matter that requires appreciation of business models and quantitative analysis.Mr. Manahan sits on the boards of numerous corporations.Mr. Manahan is admitted to the Philippine Bar.Mr. Manahan is a certified ArbitratorMr. Manahan has acted as an Auctioneer and Adviser for Leon Gallery.
